The timeline for the completion of the physical structure school and for school to commence is 2012.

• Create a registered charitable foundation.

• Identify a location and acquire land.

• Develop funding targets with timelines.

• Create a comprehensive marketing plan to achieve the funding targets.
This plan will include building awareness through networking and communication, fund raising events
and tools, developing this website in order to provide information, link volunteers and accept donations.

• Identify required resources for construction
(capital funding, skills, labour, materials, transportation, and logistics).

• Identify required resources for the ongoing entity
(funding, teachers, education plans, supplies, equipment, administration, maintenance, special skills).

• Gather and organize input
(volunteers, donations, skills, ideas, positive energy).

• Establish collaborations with/across volunteers in order to accomplish the vision.
